PARENT BOOSTERS

Running a successful program requires a partnership between parents, students and coaches. Parents are needed in a variety of roles to help sustain and grow our program. Parents and supporters are invited to join the booster club and help us in the following ways:

Serve on the Booster board, host team dinners, join in fundraising such as working PTO concessions, provide items for hospitality during hosted tournaments, be a chaperone for travel or needed local tournaments. Check out the boxes below for more information and sign up today!

Debate Fees are collected from all students and are necessary to cover program costs. Some of the items these fees cover are travel expenses, judging fees, awards, tournament hosting expenses, etc.

It takes a village!

Parents are needed to chaperone fundraisers, work the BVSW hosted tournament hospitality suite, concessions, and many more. Take a look at where you might be able to contribute!

We need donations of food and drinks for our hospitality lounge provided for coaches, judges, and our own squad at the tournament Sept 29th -Sept 30th . We are known for being great hosts!
